Adam Shinn

Owner/CEO

I am the Co-Founder and CEO of Performance Rovers and Performance Jaguars. I have 28 years combined automotive experience. Specifically, I spent 12 years at Land Rover Charlotte and 13 years with Performance Rovers. I am a devoted father of 2 and husband who serves the Lord first and foremost. I love spending time with my family, camping, traveling, and just enjoying the outdoors in general.

Jason Weddle

Owner/CFO

I am the Co-Founder and CFO of Performance Rovers & Performance Jaguars. I have over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. I have over 20 years of Land Rover experience working at Land Rover Charlotte and Performance Rovers. Adam and I have been best friends for over 25 years. We offer dealer level service as a Dealer Alternative for all your service needs for Land Rover and Jaguar owners. I enjoy spending time with my wife Astrid, my 3 children as well as being very active in my church and community. Anyone who knows me, knows I have a passion for Jesus and cars! Proverbs 3:5

Mike Matthews

General Manager

I have 22 years in the automotive repair business, 18 of those years with the Land Rover dealership and Performance Rovers. I served as a Land Rover factory trained technician at the dealership for 9 years before coming to Performance Rovers in 2016. Here I have served many roles as Technician, IT guy, Shop Foreman/Parts Manager, and now as General Manager of Performance Rovers. I can’t say enough about the high character ownership and impeccable staff here at Performance Rovers. I enjoy camping, fishing, and spending time with my family.

Shane Marr

Service Manager

I have 19 years experience in the automotive industry and have been with Performance Rovers since 2018. When I’m not at work I enjoy hunting, fishing, camping and traveling.

Nathan Meaker

Technician

Started working in Automotive as a technician in 1995, working for small independent repair facilities focusing on foreign and domestic vehicle repairs and service. In 1998 is started working for Scott Jaguar where I achieved Master Tech status through Jaguar. In 2013 I joined Hendrick Automotive and worked for Land Rover of Charlotte where I achieved Land Rover Master technician status as well. In 2021 I joined the team here at Performance Rovers. I enjoy fishing , visiting the Beaches of North Carolina and driving through the mountains.

Ritchie Kaake

Technician

After graduating from Universal Technical Institute, I went through the Jaguar Pace program. I then started with Rosenthal Jaguar Land Rover in Washington DC in October of 2000. My wife and I moved to Charlotte with our three daughters in September of 2006 where I went to work for Scott Jaguar. In June of 2013 I went to work for Hendrick Jaguar Land Rover. Then in July of 2022 I left Hendrick and came to Performance Rovers. In my free time I enjoy camping, going to hockey games and watching movies.

Dana Evans

Technician

Greetings and Salutations, my name Is Dana. I have been working as a technician here at Performance Rovers for over 5 years now. I also do light metal fabrication. I’m a family man that believes in the old adage “slow and steady wins the race.”

Shawn Hunter

Technician

I have been an automotive technician for 24 years, of those 24 years I have 18 years experience with Land Rover and Jaguar. I like to build hot rods and drag racing.

Tracy Sinnot

Service Advisor

I have been proudly serving the automotive industry for over 20 years. I find joy in everyday moments and have a great passion for customer service. I thoroughly enjoy helping customers and strive to provide the best possible experience for them.

Colin Weddle

Service Advisor

I have 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, spending the last year here as a Service Advisor at Performance Rovers. I enjoy soccer, cars, video games, and music.

James Ledford

Parts Manager

I have 1.5 years of experience in the rover world as the parts specialist. I am a jeep enthusiast, love weight lifting, and target shooting.
